With single accommodation, all rooms are sold in their entirety. You will be alone in the room.
Full prepayment is required when booking three or more rooms (we'll get in touch with you after the booking to arrange the payment)
Please note, when booking for high demand dates (for example, New Year), the administration reserves the right to contact you for making advance payments.
Payment is due in Russian Roubles. You can pay for your stay either upon arrival (no prepayment required) or book and pay online and get 5% off the regular price.
Payment is made in rubles. Payment upon arrival is accepted in cash or credit / debit cards. All major cards are accepted.
Stay free of charge when using existing beds. No extra beds can be provided.
Cancellation terms
Cancellation within less than 24 hours before check in date as well as no show to the hotel are subject to a hotel fee equal to the first night's rate.
In case of a booking cancellation less than 24 hours before check-in date or a no-show, a penalty of a one night's price is deducted.
Reservations made with a non-refundable rate are not a subject for a refund.

Reservations of three or more rooms can be canceled free of charge if canceled three or more days before the arrival date.
In case of cancellation less than three days before the arrival date, as well as in case of no-show at the hotel, the full payment for the reservation will be charged.
